Our shipping is calculated by weight of the products you've ordered. We partner with a shipping company that gives us the lowest rate available to save you money!

My order arrived damaged, now what?

Contact us right away! Send a photo of the damage and we can send you a replacement at no cost.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Of course, as long as you haven't washed it yet! Contact us - We can send you a return shipping label and get the size you need instead.

My shirt shrunk after washing. Can I exchange it?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, no. But I have found that accidently shrunk shirts make great pillow covers! Just add a pillow form :-)

Do you do LIVE PRINTING for events?

Accepted Answer

We do! We can print your event t-shirts in advance and ship them to you or we can print them LIVE ON SITE. It's a pretty fun experience for your guests. And our crew can accomodate 200-300 people usually in a 3-4 hour event. Contact us if you'd like to chat more about it.
